The wellness area includes a Finnish sauna, an infrared cabin, a bio sauna and vitality experience showers. You will find true relaxation, tingling regeneration and tranquillity after excursions in the region or informative seminars. Forget time and stress and simply switch off. Our little world of water and steam guarantees the regeneration of body and mind through essential oils with soothing aromas.
The Finnish sauna strengthens your resistance, stimulates the circulation and promotes purification. Modern sweat room at 90°C, humidity 10-15%.
The low-temperature infrared cabin operates within the thermo-neutral zone (air temperature between 27 and 37°C).
At an air temperature of approx. 30°C, the back is heated evenly and without contact with infrared radiation by a specially developed radiator (ceramic radiator filled with lava sand). The heat supply is therefore exclusively localised, over 10 to 12 % of the skin surface (ideally the back), through uninterrupted infrared radiation.
